Assigned to Gian Stephano di Carlo da Pavia by BMC, this edition has more recently been identified as the work of Tubini, Laurentius de Alopa and Ghirlandi, after 1500. From 1499 they were printing Savonarola tracts, all similar in format to the present edition. Early foliation indicates that this formerly belonged to a tract volume.
