Each image is accompanied by printed identification. "Compliments of Thomas Houseworth the Leading Photographer, Montgomery St., San Francisco" printed on mount recto, with additional printed text on verso. Ca 1880. Accompanied by 3 printed, vibrantly colored cards, each 2.375 x 4 in., featuring floral designs and the following text (in part), "This card will Pass the Bearer (free) into Smith's Drug and Book Store, Where may be seen the Largest and Best Stock of Photograph and Autograph Albums...", with 1881 calendar printed on verso. Very fine condition; and 2.375 x 4 in. card with photograph of painting/engraving at center surrounded by advertisement for B.M. Donnelly, Photographic Artist, Remington, Indiana, in very fine condition. Condition: Houseworth card: Light toning to card. Few smudges. Some minor surface loss to mount verso, including small area of loss to printed text. 4 CDV-sized cards in very fine condition overall.
