The Universal Traveller or a Complete Description of the Several Nations of the World, volume 2 only, published Richard Baldwin, 1753, numerous uncoloured engraved plates and maps throughout, some plates lacking, contemporary reversed calf, worn at extremities, folio, together with Middleton (Charles Theodore), A New and Complete System of Geography, 2 volumes, 1778 & 1779, numerous engraved plates and maps throughout, some plates lacking, contemporary reversed calf, rubbed, frayed and worn, folio, plus Gibson (Edmund), Codex Juris Ecclesiastici Anglicani, published T. Bassett & R. Whiteledge, 2 volumes, 1713, title printed in red and black, lacking plates, contemporary reversed calf with contrasting labels to spines, rubbed and worn, spine partially lacking on volume 2, folio, together with other volumes including The Universal Family Bible by Henry Southwell, Camden’s Britannia, 1695, and others similar, all volumes partially excised and defective. Sold as a collection of prints and maps, not subject to return. (12)
