Printed on vellum, with old vellum end papers, with full page cut of anatomical man on leaf A1 recto, Kerver's device on A1 verso, 18 full page, unilluminated, miniatures, unilluminated pictorial borders throughout, capital letters hand painted in red and blue and highlighted in gold, also with printed red lettering. Leaves A1, C1 (including miniature), C2, C3, C8, D1-D5 partly singed and soiled - possibly from old candle wax, other marginal smudging and marginal dampstaining. Small loses to fore edges of leaves D1-D4. Old ink folio numerations. 104 leaves, signed A-M8 and a second M8 signature. 26 lines per page. Signature H misbound between signatures B and C. Title and imprint comprised on leaves A1 verso, B8 recto, and verso of terminal leaf. Brunet V, 1619 (Heures Gothiques 175).
