Ioannis Baptiste Pii Bononiensis Annotationes. Angeli Politiani Miscellaneorum centuria una. Domitii Calderini Observationes quedam. Eiusdem Politiani Panepistemon. Eiusdem prelectio in Aristotelem: cui titulus est Lamia. Baptiste Egnatii Veneti Racemationes, [edited by Giovanni Bembo], collation: A-C6 D8 E-R6, Roman and Greek type, woodcut decorative and historiated initials, final f. blank, occasional early ink marginalia, a little worming within text at start, some light staining, occasional spotting, 18th century calf-backed marbled boards, gilt spine in compartments with star motifs and red leather label, rubbed, folio (278 x 194mm.), [Venice], [Joannes Tacuinus da Trino], [5 September,1508]. ⁂ Rare at auction. With Sabellico's remarks on Catullus. The author's most important achievement was to separate the two 'passer' poems (Catullus 2 and 3). The commentary by Beroaldo also contains comments on Catullus.
