Hayes requests that a seal be affixed to a warrant for the pardon of Henry Taliaferro. What Taliaferro was pardoned for is unknown. Condition: Toning on the top left hand corner of the document with a smudge of what seems to be residue from a rusted paper clip on the right bottom corner. A similar stain is on the recto on the top right corner. There is also pencil markings from a previous owner.
