ROMAN SILVER RING WITH VICTORY INTAGLIO 3rd century AD A substantial silver finger ring with D-section tapering hoop, ribbed shoulders, ellipsoid plaque with scroll detailing, gold foil to the central cell, inset carnelian cloison with intaglio winged Victory holding a frond. 42 grams, 35mm overall, 23.41mm internal diameter (approximate size British Z+3 1/2, USA 14 1/4, Europe 33.42, Japan 32) (1 1/2").
