Junii" [28 May] 1484 Chancery folio (11 3/8 x 8 1/4 in.; 288 x 210 mm), types 130G (colophon), 76G (text), 56(75)G (inscription on Noah's ark), 57 lines, collation: [()2-8, 1-78, 810]=[73] leaves, lacking first leaf with Ratdolt's dedicatory letter, one 10- and one 13-line white-on-black woodcut initial, 55 small woodcuts (including repeats), numerous woodcut roundels and diagrams, all woodcuts hand-colored, contemporary marginal notes in two hands on 10 leaves; fore- and lower margin of leaf ()2 renewed with two small mends in upper margin, marginal dampstains and worming in first quire, ()8 cut short in lower and fore-margin with tears in upper margin mended without loss, occasional marginal dampstains and spotting, mended tear in lower margin of leaf "48" entering woodcut border. Modern antique calf, blind-tooled in a panel design. Dealer's invoice laid in.
