.44 caliber, 7.5" barrel, top of frame stamped Roger's & Spencer, serial number 2283. Walnut grips. Military sub-inspector's markings throughout the gun. Condition: Bright shiny blue showing on barrel and other protected areas. The rest of the barrel regions show a nice dark brown patina. Case colors on loading-lever have turned to a grey metal brown. Frame retains ca 40% bright shiny blue and remaining regions have a nice brown coloration. Walnut grips retain most of their original oil finish complete with excellent cartouche. Chips around the edge of the bottom of the grips. Small dings on the butt of the grip.
