Undated, the part letter is postmarked (almost certainly) 1801." 274 x 210 mm. A very fine, finished design for an improvement of Strood Manor. John William Commerell had bought Strood Manor in 1801 and this would appear to be an original architectural design that Humphry Repton undertook for Commerell soon after his acquisition of the property. This view shows the front of the house, with several figures.
