Gilt brass reserve cross to the lower section of the plate. Scroll above the helmet plate with “1621”. Silvered scaled officers chinstraps with state and national officers cockades. Cruciform spike base with domed rivet fittings and non-removable Hessian pattern fluted spike. Silvered front trim and rear spine with plain domed fittings. The rear peak has caved in at the edges.
