A rare and interesting early 20th century Edwardian autograph book, filled with various stars of stage and music hall. Many overseas interest, the original owner possibly part of a travelling show. Most covering 1907-1908 but some outside these dates. Most have written a poem or message, and usually the location of signing (Princes Theatre Bradford, Wakefield Hippodrome, Essen Colosseum, Antwerp Belgium, Willesden Hippodrome, Islington Empire etc). Autographs include; Florrie Forde, Little Dott Moss, Alice Blandford, The 3 Gregsons, Edna Esmeralda, Mabel Esmeralda, Brothers Wille, Fred Elton, Happy Fanny Fields, George Collins George Reevs, Phyllis Dailley, James Passmore, Max Miller (early example with sketch), The Warsaw Brothers - Dave & Erne, Haig & Novel, Madge Temple, Stella Peathing, Nellie Coleman, Lizzie Hands, Jack Marlow, Willie Tarp, The 4 Nigthon's, The Newsome's, and many others. Many adding verses, sketches, or clippings from postcards of themselves. A truly fascinating album of early theatre and entertainment autographs.
