One can "Build a bungalow, on your own lot, in the most magnificent park on the globe and enjoy all the delights of all the seasons all the year round." The map (courtesy of the Southern Pacific) shows the Valley with the position of "Foresta", and the plan delineates the 16 blocks, most with 20 lots on them, some fewer. Today Foresta is one of three enclaves of private property within Yosemite National Park (two more exist, at Wawona and Aspen Valley). OCLC locates no copies of this brochure, though there are two examples of similar Foresta brochures listed dated 1914.
