This is a very rare and unusual cigar cutter and lighter from Abbott Industries out of Cleveland, Ohio, consisting of a cast-iron top, wood construction base, marked with a cigar cutter in the top as well as a lighting mechanism on the front with a reservoir. A very rare cigar lighter and cutter combination. There is oxidation and finish loss to the cast-iron top, however the original wooden case shows nice patina, with just slight areas of scuffing. The reservoir is original and complete and the cutting mechanism of the cutter works. The lighter is untested. A very rare and unusual cigar lighter and cutter combination in very good condition.
