In his glosses, the author copies and notes versions of manuscripts of his library and versions of manuscripts from the Sefardi Beit Midrash in Amsterdam and from old printings. Rabbi Dov Aryeh Ritter Av Beit Din of Rotterdam (1855-1936, Otzar HaRabbanim 4612), a prominent Torah scholar renowned in Holland, had connections with great rabbis from all countries in regard to responsa and public leadership. With his brilliant breadth of knowledge, he discovered the forgery of the Yerushalmi Kodshim and was the first to write about it. Two volumes; [1], 148; 114 leaves; 311 leaves. Approx. 38 cm.
