Commentary surounding text, with some nice woodcut initials. Contemp. blindtooled pigskin over wooden boards. - Partly some staining and browning, here and there few wormholes (first leaves stronger), ca. 25 leaves with stronger wormtraces affecting text, some initials dilettantely colored, partly richly annotated by several 15th and 16th cent. hands, title with faded ownership inscriptions. Pastedowns renewed, binding rubbed, lower edges with defects to covering, movable clasp parts removed.
