First edition of this poem evocating the atmosphere of Pessoa's Lisbon (Pessoa means "person" in Portuguese) and echoing Wain's original relationship with Portugal. Ill. with 2 coloured etchings by Bartolomeu Vilhena Cid dos Santos (Lisbon 1931-London), Professor of Fine Arts, with an emphasis on printmaking and engravings.
