Typed letter signed as President on White House stationery, 1930, to Senator Moses regarding a Naval Treaty; HARDING, WARREN G. Typed letter signed on personal stationery, 1921, "I certainly harbor no hostilities towards anyone because of his German descent"; WILSON, WOODROW. Typed letter signed on presidential stationery, written from Paris in May 1921 (he had just left office) to the American Ambassador declining a speaking invitation.
