PRESIDENTS] Group of four signed items , comprising McKINLEY, WILLIAM. Document signed. Washington: 19 October 1898. Printed document on Executive Mansion stationery accomplished in type, authorizing the Seal of the United States to be affixed to a letter to the Emperor of Austria. 9 x 6 1/2 inches (23 x 16 cm); framed with a portrait; TAFT, WILLIAM HOWARD Signed card. [N.p.:] 21 November 1912. Signed and dated by Taft as President. Framed with a vintage photograph; WILSON, WOODROW. Typed letter signed. Washington: 29 December 1917. One page letter on White House stationery, signed by the President, being a letter of thanks to Captain Arthur Samuels of the War Department. Framed with a portrait, with original envelope in pocket to back of frame; HOOVER, HERBERT. Signed White House card. Washington: n.d. Framed with a portrait. The McKinley signature slightly faded, the Wilson signature with bleed and toning to edges, unexamined out of frames. C
