Partly printed document signed as President, Washington, D.C., 14 November 1822, 1 page, folio, ON PARCHMENT, accomplished in manuscript, papered seal , granting a tract of land (described in great detail) to Duncan McArthur in consideration of services performed by certain soldiers "Of the Virginia line on Continental Establishment," located in the newly opened Ohio Valley; together 2 items, each matted with an engraved portrait and glazed in giltwood frames.
