The clock has a high quality time and strike brass spring driven movement with Brocot escapement. The 13 in. reverse painted glass dials are signed '"A.M. Richy, a Paris'" and are in good condition. The clock has a Centigrade thermometer and the barometer has a Fahrenheit thermometer, in a matched pair of carved mahogany cases. 50.5 in. high x 24 in. wide x 5.5 in. deep. Weight: 30 lbs (each).
