London: Edmund Evans Ltd. [imprint on final sheet], n.d. [1907 or later]. 294 x 214 mm. (11 9/16 x 8½ in.), creased from folding, a little soiling. The first five sheets each contain four color illustrations (with pagination); the sixth sheet contains the final two illustrations, the frontispiece, and two small vignettes. The missing sheet would have contained the illustrations appearing on pp. 56, 59, 62 and 65.
