The opening ceremony was attended by the mayor of Tel Aviv, Meir Dizengoff, and the British High Commissioner Arthur Wauchope. The band of the 1st Btn. of the Loyal Regiment (British military orchestra) played during the ceremony. 95X122.5 cm (two attached sheets). Good-fair condition. Folding marks and creases. Stains. Tears, partly restored, with color substitutions. Linen-ed for display and preservation (extensive foxing on the linen).
