Lot of 11 includes a copy of The Baptist Tract Album of Fifty Baptist Preachers published by Eld. W. H. Smith liberty baptist Print, Horse Cave KY. Book includes photographs of Baptist preachers, including the photo Eld. F.M. Stone, who enlisted with the Kentucky 11th Cavalry at Clark County, KY, in September of 1862, and faught with Morgan's Raiders. Lot includes four more identical cabinet card photos of an older F.M. Stone (same photo appearing in Baptist Preacher book) and a larger cabinet card image of Stone. Lot also includes a cabinet card photo of a soldier holding sword. Reverse side identifies him as W.J. Stone Company C., 37th Ky. Vol. This stone was also a member of Morgan's Raiders. PLUS a postcard with a young girl holding hands with a smaller child. Reverse side reads Compliments from Jessie and Don to Aunt Bettie a Merry Xmas to you with the name and address listed as Mrs. F.M. Stone, Fountain Run, Ky. PLUS a cabinet card of a short haired woman. Reverse side labeled Cousin Hattie Miller Taken Sept-25/97 Jackson Tenn. PLUS a tintype of a seated soldier with hand resting on book. PLUS a postcard addressed to Samuel, Duke Owneton Co. Owenton Ky. The card is dated Oct-10-1908 and is about a dispute over lump coal availability and prices. The postcard is signed by James J. Loder and M.F. Wingate. Condition: All in excellent condition
