A group of early photographs of Sammy Davis, Jr. performing alone and with his father and uncle and others, presumably taken at the start of his career on the Vaudeville circuit. Davis, Jr. was primarily a singer and dancer as a child and young adult performer before joining the Rat Pack (Davis, Jr., Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Joey Bishop and Peter Lawford) in 1960 which led to a career in film.
