(9½x12½"), faux alligator skin covers. Photograph album recording the honeymoon voyage of Danny and Franny aboard the S.S. President Taft and other vessels, with extended sojourns on land, commencing June 2, 1928. The album concludes with their arrival at Port Said on August 27th, by then aboard the S.S. President Garfield. In between are stops in Japan, China, the Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Ceylon. The detailed captions add greatly to the album. Perhaps most significant is the time spent in China, recorded in some 55 photographs, with stops at Tientsin, Peking (and a side trip to the Great Wall), Shanghai ("Humid! Gad!"), and Hong Kong.
