Includes several U.S. politicians and presidents and reverends, with: Abraham Lincoln (16th U.S. President); Stephen A. Douglas (1813–1861) Illinois politician and 1860 nominee for President, best known for his debates with Lincoln; 15th U.S. President James Buchanan (1791–1868); William H. Seward (1801–1872) U.S. Secretary of State under Lincoln and Andrew Johnson; Governor Edwin D. Morgan (1811-1883) of New York & U.S. Senator; Senator B.F. Wade of Ohio; Governor J.A. King of New York; Bayard Taylor (1825-78) author of "El Dorado"; Francis Gravelet-alias Charles Blandin (1824-1897) considered the greatest 19th Century tightrope walker and the first to cross Niagara Falls on a 3 inch rope; actor Edwin Forrest (1806-1872); Henry Ward Beecher (1813-1887) clergyman and reformer and brother of Harriet Beecher Stowe (author of Uncle Tom's Cabin).
