Photo Album Page Signed by Joe DiMaggio, Marilyn Monroe and the O'Douls Dated 2/21/54 Joe DiMaggio and Marilyn Monroe the world's most famous couple of their time, married on January 14, 1954. They chose to honeymoon in Japan with Joe's mentor Frank "Lefty" O'Doul and his wife Jean. This 11 1/4" by 14" album page comes directly from one of Mitsuhiko Fujita's albums as he was lucky to catch the couple together (Monroe took a detour to Korea for a few days to entertain 100,000 US troops). DiMaggio inscribes, "To Mitsuhiko Fujita, With Best Wishes, from Joe DiMaggio." Marilyn Monroe Frank O'Doul and Jean O'Doul signatures are present as well. The added date, likely in Frank O' Doul's hand, reads; "2/21/54." This was the couple's only trip to Japan together, as they divorced just nine months later. Signatures are virtually flawless and album page is in excellent condition with minimal wear relegated to the edges only. LOAs from PSA/DNA and JSA.
