Comprising three individual pair cased, verge fusee key wind pocket watches. The first with gilt full plate movement, engraved balance cock, Egyptian pillars and verge escapement signed Philippe Terrot. With white enameled dial, roman numerals and gilt hands. Contained in a silver hinged case with indistinguishable hallmarks, the repousséd outer case with classical scene. Diameter of movement 40 mm. Together with a larger Dutch example, with ornate gilt full plate movement depicting Father Time and with lyre form pillars, engraved Hermanus Caspare Leyden, with white enameled dial with Roman numerals and set in a silver hinged case. The outer case repousséd on verso with Christ and the Woman at the Well. Diameter of movement 45 mm, height of movement 20 mm. And an English example, with full gilt plate movement, engraved balance cock, Egyptian pillars, signed Samson London and numbered 18071. Contained in a silver hinged case with London hallmarks and date letter for 1737. Outer case repousséd with classical scene. Diameter of movement 36 mm.
