Peter White (Pennsylvania 1778-1834), full stock long rifle, approximately .32 caliber, converted from flintlock to percussion, signed on barrel flat, with a brass patchbox, silver inlays, and set triggers, 42" octagonal barrel. Condition:This rifle was originally flintlock now converted to percussion with a tiger maple full stock, brass mountings & 11 silver inlays which include an 8 point star on the cheekrest. The barrel flat is engraved what appears to be "P. White" in script. The set triggers are fully functional & the 4 piece brass patchbox has 5 piercings. The tiger maple stock is unaltered & has small round stippling on both sides of the ramrod channel.
