Modern quarter calf over older wooden boards, leather index tabs, partial pastedowns reused from vellum manuscript with elaborate penwork initials (lacking catchplates and straps, some worming). Provenance: some marginalia – Michael Prunner (gift inscription dated 1519 on first leaf to:) – Dominikanerkloster Retz (several inscriptions) – stamp of religious house with name obliterated.
