Condition : lacking the seal with only a small remnant remaining on the attached ribbon. The document affirms Logan's title to a 200 acre plot on the west bank of the Susquehanna opposite fur trader Jonas Davenport's plantation on the east bank, believed to be near today's Bainbridge in Lancaster County. At the time, this region was extremely remote.
