London: Edwards; Paris: Laurent, 26 March 1791. Small 8 o (194 x 124 mm). Contemporary boards (disbound). Provenance : L.H. Eggimann, "Libraire à Paris" (note on the inside front cover); A.L. McLaughlin (bookplate). PRICED in a contemporary hand throughout. The English language edition, with the corrected date of March 26 (and not March 28 as stated on the French language edition) on the title-page. It is curious to note that the supplement in the English edition varies from that in the French edition not only by its number but also by its contents. The slightly different spelling in the title ("Parisiana" instead of "Parisina") is possibly indicating a Parisian provenance rather than the name of the collector. North 276 (note).
