Accompanied by a separately issued, enlarged version of the map in the brochure, distributed by real estate agent and business entrepreneur L.O. Wheeler. The map, in either form, is the earliest known map of Paradise. OCLC/WorldCat lists only two copies of the brochure, at the California Historical Society and the University of Kansas, and no copies of the separate map.
