Pair of Leather and Chromed Steel Wassily-Style Chairs after a 1925 design by architect and designer Marcel Breuer (Hungarian/American, 1902-1981), unmarked, the present example of later manufacture, upholstered in brown suede. h. 27-3/4"
Tight , solid and sturdy. The metal exhibits light surface scratches and some discoloration/oxidation to end caps. Slight separation at seams at horizontal base bar of chairs. The suede is dry but free of tears. Some cracking at folds and corner edges.
