The work appears to be in good condition. Please note the canvas is loose on its stretcher. There are scattered surface marks in various places, for example to the arm of the figure and to her hair. Further examples in the red background in the upper left corner. There appears to be a scratch in the same area, measuring approx. 60mm. There is a pinhole in the canvas above the figure's hair, 30mm from the upper left-hand edge. The edges of the work exhibit detritus with associated surface marks. Inspection under UV light reveals no clear signs of restoration or repair.
