Framed (behind glass). ¶ Donkersloot-de Vrij 147n. Rare late 17th-cent. map of the former lake Purmer (drained in 1618-1622) in the province of Noord-Holland published by the Dutch print-maker & surveyor Johannes Leupenius (ca. 1646-1693) based on a design by the Dutch surveyor Lucas Jansz. Sinck (died in 1622). – Occ. sl. foxed/ browned, but nevertheless in good condition (not examined out of frame).
