Possibly the stereoviews were used for illustrative purposes. Another cabinet-sized photograph shows a man with a rifle beside a stuffed eagle, another mounted as if in flight. (Possibly also Mr. Corner?) A boudoir-sized image depicts a policeman(?) next to his mount. Another stereoview of Boston with some color added. There are four large black-&-white postcards (4.5 x 7 in.) with "California Invitation Day" and a description of it in the "message" side of the card. 5 x 6.75 in. photograph of "Main Street" in a frontier town, with men in front of a building bearing the sign "J.N. Power," three horse-drawn wagons parked in front. Another building a few doors down has a sign of O.B. Smith, with a millinery shop in between. Beyond Mr. Smith's establishment is a watch shop with large pocket watch advertising sign in front. This image a bit water damaged, but still interesting. The central feature is City Hall, in this photo with scaffolding around the lower floor, possibly still being repaired. It was reopened in 1915. There are risers around the building for seating, but nearly as many people stand in the streets. The participants in the parade in this image seem to be military. The parade could have been celebrating the reopening of City Hall, or possibly troops going to or coming from WWI.
