Natural History - Fossil Collection Pennsylvanian to Miocene Period, 230-25 million years BP A large collection of fossils comprising: a snake vertebra from Suwannee River, North Florida; a saltasaurus eggshell section from Patagonia, Southern Argentina; a frog tibiofibular bone from St. Marks River, Florida; two coelophysis dinosaur footprints in a matrix from from Hampton County, Massachusetts, USA; a Rebbachisaurus sp. dinosaur tooth from the Tegana Formation (Campian), Kem-Kem Basin, South of Taouz, Morocco; a small bird carpometacarpus bone from St. Marks River, Florida; a fossil horse Equus sp., tooth in a jaw section, from the Alachua Formation, Marion County, Florida, USA; an agatized gastropod from Betul, India; a section of agatized fossil coral from the Basin Deposits of North Florida; a slice of polished fossilised wood; two large scales from an extinct gar fish, Lepisosteus sp. from Khouribga phosphate plateau region of Morocco; a matrix displaying Notaalacerta sp. reptile footprints from Plainville, Massachusetts, USA; a Jianghang ichthys hubiensis fossil fish from Yichang, Hubei Province, China, the matrix repaired; a Neuropteris sp. seed fern leaf from Mazon Creek, Braidwood, Illinois, USA. 650 grams total, 2.2-11.9cm (1 - 4 3/4").
