The autograph text is written as a post-scriptum at the base of a T.L.S., `Mussolini´, on the attractive printed stationery of the journal "Il Popolo d´Italia", bearing the heading and beneath the journal´s name the printed text "Quotidiano Socialista - Fondatore: Benito Mussolini" (Translation: "Socialist Journal - Founder: Benito Mussolini"). The blue typed letter states `Caro Orano, Ho dato la notizia fingendo che il provvedimento sia gia stato e l´ho fatto seguire da una postilla. Se la censura non interviene uscira domani nell´edizione di Milano e dopo nell´edidizione di Roma. La tolleranza del governo e semplicemente mostruosa. Che vogliono ripetere il 66?
