June 20, 1905 at the reburial of Joseph, Nespelem, Washington, the place of his exile. The unveiling was a large event attended by many people including Yellow Bull who was Chief Joseph's sub chief during the Nez Perce war of 1877, and blind at the time of this photo. 8"x10" print with photographer blind stamp, and typed caption verso. Provenance: Ex Kramer Gallery Collection Condition: Good, light soil with some edge fading and minor bends
