MOLL, Herman (c.1654-1732). Atlas Minor: or a new and curious Set of Sixty-two Maps . London: Thomas and John Bowles [c.1736]. 4° (229 x 183mm). Engraved title and 62 engraved maps coloured in outline, extra-illustrated with two additional uncoloured maps (one of India ['The Moguls Empire'], the other of Dominica by Thomas Bowen). All folded, on guards. (Title torn at lower border, imprint shaved, mounted on right verso, several maps torn at guard or fold but with no or neglible loss, some neat repairs, occasional faint spotting and marginal dust-soiling.) 19th-century half calf, red leather spine label (minor wear at extremities). This edition contains a new title and 6 maps updated with additional place-names. Twenty-one maps relate to the Americas. Philips 585.
