.54 caliber, 32.75" round rifled barrel. Converted from flint to percussion. Marked on top of breech "J.H. HALL / H. FERRY / US / 1831", action functions properly. Three band walnut stock has iron furniture. Complete with iron ramrod. Condition: Fine. Retains much original lacquer brown finish on the barrel and frame with some lightly scattered minor surface oxidation. Very good bore. Stock with usual bumps and dings but very crisp and without the usually encountered repaired crack behind the receiver. A much nicer than usually encountered example.
