[With:] One typed letter signed from Miller, to the publisher, Little Brown & Co., Los Angeles, 20 December 1942. ("Would you be kind enough to inform me if you have ever had any trouble with the authorities because of the publication of Celine's 'Journey to the End of the Night' or 'Death on the Installment Plan'...
