Title frayed at foot (not affecting text) and laid down, a pale marginal stain over the first half of the book, a few rust-spots and other small stains, lacking the blanks as noted. The head of the title bears an early ownership mark. Malynes devotes a substantial section of his work to the law of the sea, as well as curious discursions on diamonds and pearls, mining etc. The collation of this work matches that of ESTC S123345, other than for the final blank.
