Woodcut Aldine device on title-page and verso of final leaf, early marginal annotations. (Stray spots, occasional browning.) binding: Louvain brown calf over thin wooden boards (169 x 112 mm), 1540s, Spes binding signed I.P., spine with raised bands in six compartments, blind rosette in each, manuscript title on fore-edge.
