Appears to be in generally good condition; no apparent rim chips, hairlines, etc.; wear/scratch lines through the gilt crossed laurel branches at the center of the plate; there are a few dark colored pinhead size spots or blemishes to the center, apparently, in the making, and not of any great consequence; the Meissen crossed swords mark is a pale blue color with a star or asterisk beneath it; the mark is underglaze and has not been cancelled; not blacklighted
