While promoting McKinley and Hobart, the Republican nominees for President and Vice President, this vibrant campaign poster also advertises Flag Day, Saturday, Oct. 31st, (1896). With the 1896 presidential election just days away, this poster represents one of the last significant pushes by the Republican National Committee before the voters went to the polls.
