FIRST EDITION, 2 advertisement leaves (each 2 pages) bound in at front and at end, general title-leaf bound after ad leaf and preceding Book 1 title, full-sheet engraved map of New England and New York (often lacking), with blank leaf 6M2, without the 2-leaf Errata printed at Mather's instructions after the book had been distributed and included in later issues.
