.38-55 caliber, 28” octagonal barrel, S/N 20869. Blued finish, wood stocks. Condition: This gun is in overall very good + condition showing the majority of its original blue on the barrel, grey/brown patina on the loading tube and ample areas of original blue on the receiver. The bore is very good +, the action is crisp and the markings are sharp. The stocks are overall very good with some scattered old mars and scratches from carry and storage. The top receiver tang is tapped for a sight and the two securing screws are present (however, no tang sight with gun).
